  • What is it?

    An 8-week deep dive into somatic healing—personal, intergenerational, and ancestral—designed to help you bring to life the most satisfied and uninhibited version of you alongside a community of women doing the same. 

  • Who is it for?

    Unbound is for women who want to change the world and know they can’t do it by staying small. You’ve done the work but some patterns still loop and you’re ready to break them for good. To live—and lead—more alive, more expressed, and more free.

  • What will I learn?

    The course moves like a spiral—beginning with the self, then expanding into the familial, ancestral, and collective. Through somatic practices, nervous system attunement, and ancestral connection, you’ll learn to inhabit your body, your choices, and your life with clarity and grounded direction.

  • Why this?

    This isn’t about fixing [we’ve done enough of that]—it’s about connecting + remembering. Within your body and your lineage live vast reserves of wisdom and goodness. Unbound aligns you with that deeper current of knowing, so you can move through life with greater trust and sovereignty.
